To promote excellence in media and journalism
The great country of India always stands proudly in front of the world not only because of the glorious vision of the excellence of its system of democratic governance process, but also because of the welfare programs of the media workers, civil rights and labor freedoms, which are known as the fourth pillar which supports this system dynamically and supports it. In recent years, there have been many dangerous threats to the protections of life and civil liberties nationwide.

Who We Are
It makes us proud to have a senior woman journalist working at the helm of this movement led by senior media workers from different parts of the country and people with experience in political and social fields, the stature and recognition of this organization is the best, freedom of work, personal and family protection, justice and law including those from print media in the country including those in the field of live broadcasting. This organization is committed to ensure the protection, for which the support and cooperation of people from all spheres of society including socio-political arts, sports, literature, business, professionals, students, governmental and non-governmental organizations etc. is essential for this movement. Therefore, on behalf of the organization, National President Ajita Jaishor requests that the Media and Journalist Workers Union (MJWU) be kept together with all possible support and cooperation.
